Prestige Estate Management provides several cleanup service options for REO, regular listing, short sales and pre-sale properties. As a lender, realtor, or property manager, you have an interest in seeing that a home looks its best and is ready to show as quickly as possible. We are your one-stop-shop for all your property trashout, cleanup, and preservation service needs.
We treat your property is if it were our own, and we never waste time or cut corners. Time is of the essence, and attention to detail is our calling. We can perform most REO cleanup tasks in 48 hours or less, handled by experienced coordinators you can count on. And we can take care of all of your properties within a given area, thereby avoiding a costly and repetitive bidding and approval process.
Once the eviction process has been completed and the tenant has vacated, we can cleanup, box-up, and relocate the tenant's property to the storage facility of your choice for safekeeping until the tenant responds. Or, if the tenant fails to respond, we can do the property cleanup and personal property disposal instead. Our basic cleanup package would cover either scenario and your property will be in rentable condition.

Prestige Estate Management REO Services works with a variety of licensed, bonded and insured contractors in the Tri-State area. We take the responsibility of getting jobs done quickly, efficiently, and according to your high standards. Our contractors will do the smallest jobs, but have done REO repairs up to $125,000. If you need bids quickly from professionals, we will get them.
