Contractor, maintenance, and repair monitoring

We will monitor and/or coordinate any repair, maintenance, or contractor services to be performed in or on your home, and will remain on the premises while work is performed if you desire. We will advise you of any conditions or situations that, in our opinion, could adversely affect the overall outcome of the project.

Handyman Services

We can fix minor problems around your house quickly and easily so you don't have to be bothered with them when you arrive. We can handle minor repairs such as bathrooms and kitchen fixtures, appliances, light fixtures, replacing screens and door panels, hanging pictures, or replacing light bulbs or smoke detector batteries. Unless otherwise directed, we'll handle these minor issues on home inspection days, and obtain your approval for more major tasks.

Vehicle Maintenance

If you have an automobile or watercraft on the pPrestige Estate Managementises, we'd be happy to see that it's properly cared for in your absence, and ready to run when you arrive. We will prepare a customized vehicle maintenance log for your added peace of mind.

  1. We will start your vehicle(s) per your schedule, and allow idling in place to bring to full temperature, and recharge the battery (usually 15-20 minutes).
  2. Check for flat tires or leaks.
  3. Car washed / vacuumed and readied for your return
  4. Take car for any repairs / maintenance which may be needed prior to your arrival
  5. Oil changes, routine service, etc.

Storm and Severe Weather Inspections

While rare, monsoons during the summer months can be quite violent, causing damage to homes and property from high winds, heavy rain, flooding, and dangerous lightning. Essential home systems including air conditioning, security alarms, and pool systems can be damaged or de-energized by power outages and surges. PRESTIGE ESTATE MANAGEMENTwill perform a thorough combined interior/exterior inspection of your home as soon as possible after a severe storm event.

After a severe storm, we will:

  1. Check fuse/circuit breaker box for signs of surge damage.
  2. Check windows for breaks
  3. Prestige Estate Managementove any debris which may have accumulated around the home
  4. Check for signs of flooding or roof leakage
  5. Document any damage and notify homeowner immediately

Pet Care / Sitting

If you have pets that need care and attention while you're away, we would be glad to assist you. If your pets are normally kept in your home, we can check in on them regularly and provide for their needs according to your specifications, or we can find temporary homes in the area (not kennels) where they will be well-cared for until your return. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Rental Agent Assistance

Are you renting your property? PRESTIGE ESTATE MANAGEMENTcan assist your rental agent in keeping your property in top-notch shape. We will coordinate a scheduled property check prior to your guests' arrival and on the day your guests check out. We will report in writing the condition of your home immediately. This inspection gives your rental agent the opportunity to resolve any issues in addition to retaining a security deposit for damages if necessary. We can also serve as a third-party witness should a homeowner ever seek legal assistance.

Personal Property Documentation

Don't try to Prestige Estate Managementember everything you own - have all your belongings documented. This will help your insurance company give you a more accurate replacement value on your personal property. We will inventory every item in your home, one room at a time with digital photographs and written records. We will take photographs of the exterior and all items located outdoors, in the garage and storage on the property. This information will be recorded on a disk with one copy given to the homeowner and the other copy kept in a security box at Bullhead City Bank.
